Updates to First Aid

2nd September 2009

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) have recently released the details of the new curiculum for all first aid courses.  These changes will come into effect on the 1st October 2009.

There are going to be 2 main changes.
  • The First Aid at Work course will now take place over 3 days instead of 4.
  • The Emergency First Aid at work replaces the Emergency First Aid Appointed Persons and is a completely new course that is being launched by the HSE.
