Meet the Team

Chairman


Steve Fisher

Steve founded the company in June 1996 with his wife and fellow director Liz Fisher.  Steve originally worked for South Yorkshire County Council which he left in 1986 and went onto successfully work for several National Contractors until starting UTN.


Joanne Shea

Joanne joined UTN in November 2007 as a part-time accounts clerk.  Joanne has 18 years experience in the accounts industry and this knowledge and experience, along with hard work has recently earned her the position of finance manager.


Joyce Beswick

Joyce is the latest edition to the UTN team joining in July 2009.  Joyce is our accounts assistant and works alongside Joanne in order to fulfill all of the accounts functions.

Sales

Lisa and Ann-Marie are UTN's Sales Executives.  Ann-Marie joined UTN in 2001 and has gone on to build great relationships with her clients.  In 2007 Ann-Marie gave birth to Tommy Edward, who is UTN's first baby.  Lisa joined us in September 1997 as receptionist and has had hands on experience in all areas of the business.

Admin

Laura & Charlotte are UTN's admin team.  Laura joined the UTN team in November 2008 as office junior and is now trainee administration assistant and works closely alongside Charlotte to complete all of the admin functions.  Charlotte joined the company in 2004 and this was her very first job from leaving school.  Charlotte started life at UTN as office junior and has gone on to successfully progress to the role of admin supervisor.


Ricky Beck

Ricky joined the UTN team in February 2008 as office junior and has gone on to become administration support for the sales team.  Ricky joined straight from completing a 2 year business course at college.

Dave has been with UTN since 1998 and started out as receptionist, since then he has occupied many roles within the company and is now centre manager.  Mandy is one of UTN's most recent additions, joining in early 2009, originally as NVQ Administrator but has recently taken up the role of systems and course co-ordinator.  Both Mandy and Dave work together in order to find new avenues for UTN to go down and add to their already growing course portfolio.
