SUPERVISORY NRASWA TRAINING - UTN

We recently sent an Operations Manager on the above training to Wakefield.
Nothing wrong in that you might think, except the usual comments abounded prior to attendance, "the course is too long, can't afford the time, do I need this", etc.

UTN however had other things on their mind, for on his return, the ops'manger in question had nothing but praise for the course organisation, structure, presentation and delivery.

The ability and knowledge of the staff in answering questions was second to none and blow me....he thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

The Trench Support and Safe Working in Excavations course undertaken at utn in Wakefield was professionally run with a humorous content which kept all the candidates attentive.

In particular, the practical hands on approach, constructing close boarded trench supports, provided a welcome break from paperwork.

Re: Confined Spaces Training - Authorised Persons Course.

A short note to thank utn for the course, which you provided for us at British Sugar.

We found that the course was well planned and delivered, it gave our authorised personnel good instruction in the hazards of working in confined spaces and instruction into using risk assessments to control those hazards.

We will be planning to use utn for this type of training in the future.

Re: Safety Awareness Course.

A quick thank you to utn for providing the Safety Awareness Course to a high standard that met our needs exactly. We received positive feedback from our delegates and as a result we have booked a one-day course which every employee will be attending.
