I feel compelled to send this letter of gratitude for the quality of your service over the last two years that we have been using UTN training, as you are aware we have used almost your whole spectrum of services including First aid, NRSWA, confined space, managing IOSH to name a few.
It seems that what ever the request we make you and your team always go that extra mile to ensure that the needs of the Spice group and H2o water services are catered for, so once again a big thank you to you and the team.

SUPERVISORY NRSWA TRAINING - UTN
We recently sent an Operations Manager on the above training to Wakefield.
Nothing wrong in that you might think, except the usual comments abounded prior to attendance, "the course is too long, can't afford the time, do I need this", etc.
UTN however had other things on their mind, for on his return, the ops' manger in question had nothing but praise for the course organisation, structure, presentation and delivery.
The ability and knowledge of the staff in answering questions was second to none and blew me away....he thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

We used UTN for the Site Management Safety Training Scheme Courses and I must say they were excellent from start to finish...from the jolly, polite and informative sales team (Ann-Marie), right through to receiving the certification.
Over the last several years UTN have provided Scaffold Services UK Limited an excellent range and flexibility of courses for our staff to be trained.
They have accommodated us at weekends, short notice and delivered a first class services even providing a drug testing service that we asked for.

A big thank you to all the team, I was so impressed with the facilities, warm friendly atmosphere, and the generaly ambience of the place, all helped me achieve the awards I set out for.
