SUPERVISORY NRSWA TRAINING - UTN

We recently sent an Operations Manager on the above training to Wakefield.
Nothing wrong in that you might think, except the usual comments abounded prior to attendance, "the course is too long, can't afford the time, do I need this", etc.

UTN however had other things on their mind, for on his return, the ops' manger in question had nothing but praise for the course organisation, structure, presentation and delivery.

The ability and knowledge of the staff in answering questions was second to none and blew me away....he thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Working as the heath & safety manager for Complete Access Specialist Contracts Ltd, who specialise in providing protection scaffolding for the UK electricity transmission industry, it is crucial that I have a thorough knowledge of advanced scaffolds and their subsequent mandatory Inspection requirements. I found that UTN’s 2-day (CISRS Accredited) Advanced Scaffold Inspection course invaluable. The depth of knowledge that the instructor holds is impressive, the course content and handouts were first-class. The administrativestaff were of great help both prior to and during the course. The venue is excellent and a generous buffet lunch was provided on a daily basis. I would not hesitate in recommending UTN as a training provider and this course especially to any one or organisation that is committed to improving heath & safety standards within the scaffolding Industry.

Having been given the task of organising safety training for the Managers and Supervisors of our group I began with the usual search on the internet. Training providers are abundant but difficult to pin down on specific courses when you want them.

When I came across UTN training in Wakefield a bell rang, we had used them in the past for other members of staff. A phone call soon had the training on track and courses were now being booked to suit staff availability and company work programmes.

As with most events in the calendar, personnel always seem to want to change the schedule after the event, either through new work commitments or deciding to be on holiday. In this case changing their availability for the course, after a phone call to UTN Training the course was re-booked. Within the hour the person concerned reported their availability for the original booking, a phone call later and all was re-booked without the slightest hesitation from the staff at UTN Training.

With the majority of our staff having completed the required safety training I have had only good reports on the course and the staff from all concerned.

I can say that all the dealings that I have had with UTN Training staff have been handled in a highly professional and courteous manner where any issues even at very short notice have been resolved. I would recommend the use of UTN Training to anyone with the responsibility for safety training.

We used UTN for the Site Management Safety Training Scheme Courses and I must say they were excellent from start to finish...from the jolly, polite and informative sales team, right through to receiving the certification.
