IPAF Operator 3a 1b or 3b 1b
At UTN training, a variety of combination of IPAF two subjects are offered to fit every working at height operator profile.
The courses offered include a comprehensive selection of classroom options that cover a range of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and various categories of machines (IPAF 1b, 3a, and 3b). Upon completion of the course, delegates will receive the relevant IPAF Card/Certification.
Course Content
· Awareness of different types of MEWPs Safe operation of MEWPs and limitations of use Pre-use checks, inspection and function tests
· Planning the route before operating the MEWP Travelling the route and manoeuvring the MEWP
· Setting up the MEWP for work Basic operational practice
· Achievement testing Selection and use of fall arrest equipment Log book issue
Final Qualification:
On successful completion, delegates will receive an ePAL (electronic Powered Access Licence) giving instant recognition of identity and the categories accredited. The ePAL is valid for 5 years.
