The course gives delegates a basic knowledge of common mental health issues and to learn the skills to support their own and others’ positive wellbeing in the workplace Delegates will gain an understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma.
MHFA Adult Mental Health First Aid 1 Day
Mental Health First Aid Champion certificate;
This one-day course qualifies delegates as mental health first aid champions and is suitable for those who want to gain a greater awareness of workplace mental health, to detect and spot early symptoms of common mental ill health and the skills to support their own and others’ positive wellbeing.
MHFA Adult Mental Health First Aid 2 Days
Mental Health First Aider certificate;
This two-day course qualifies delegates as mental health first aiders and is suitable for those who want to gain the necessary skills to have a non-judgmental conversation, recognise the signs and symptoms of common workplace mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support.Certificate holders will be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health illnesses and effectively guide a colleague towards the right support.
