PASMA Training Information
Who are PASMA?
PASMA stands for the Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association, and it is a not-for-profit organisation for the mobile access tower industry. Because it represents the interests of both manufacturers and users, you can be sure that PASMA certified training is the most up-to-date and accurate you can get.
What is PASMA Training?
As training is required by law (Work at Height Regulations (2005)) before anyone can use a mobile access tower, attending a PASMA course is essential before work on a mobile access tower can be conducted. On this course, you will learn the safety and procedures for assembling, disassembling, and manoeuvring mobile alloy towers.
How long is a PASMA course?
The length of a PASMA course is anywhere between half a day to a full day's work.
Why UTN for PASMA?
Our PASMA courses are some of the best in the industry. Because of our long history of providing extensive health and safety qualifications, as well as our PASMA certification, we can provide the safest training – and thanks to being part of the AFI family, we can provide that training all over the country.
Is PASMA right for me?
If your work requires you to work on alloy towers, then yes. Whatever the height, it is required by law that you or your employers ensure that anyone who is working at height has sufficient skills, knowledge, and experience or that they are working under the supervision of someone competent. Our PASMA course provides some of the best learning available under the Working at Height Regulations (2005)
